 Since the next grade to  MotoGP  in 2008, Circuit Assen became one of the places formidable rider  Movistar  Yamaha,  Jorge Lorenzo . Noted, he only won once. However, his motivation remains undiminished Dutch MotoGP ahead of 2016.

Noted, already seven victories achieved by Rossi at the Dutch MotoGP, the seasons 2002, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2013, and 2015. However, Lorenzo altogether not afraid to face competition in the Dutch MotoGP Assen circuit on Sunday (26/06/2016).

"I have positive memories, in particular in the 125cc and 250cc classes. However, not many in the MotoGP than a victory in 2010, runner-up in 2009, and podium third in 2015. the years of my more mixed fate. But the past is the past. Now we are ready for the future when the race took place, "said Lorenzo, as reported by Crash.

Lorenzo was also determined to reap a victory in pursuit of Marc Marquez Repsol Honda, which is bolted at the top of the drivers' standings. Currently, the collection of 125 points Marquez 10-point lead over Lorenzo. And, Lorenzo also winning only 12 points ahead of Rossi.
